The Community Building

The Community Building is formed around building a community. There are multiple conference rooms to encourage community gatherings and discussions, and offices for community members looking for a work space.

The building also houses the Dockside Cafe. The bold cafe has full 360 views of the water and is accessible via elevator from the docks, or stairs on either side of the conference rooms. The Cafe has space for five different food vendors, and seating both inside and outside.

The Community Building also contains a central courtyard, as well as two corner courtyards. The offices have the same slat window systems as the other two buildings.
