The Learning Building

The Learning Building is home to the Theatre, Library, Outdoor Cafe, and multiple classrooms and office spaces.

The building is designed with the hopes of being a hub for community gatherings. Parents can attend theatrical performances while their children take part in lessons in the classrooms. While office employees can enjoy their lunch breaks lounging on the outdoor patio. The building has multiple skylights and courtyards, to increase natural light and indoor air quality. The Library has views of the water with floor-to-ceiling windows
